DAY 1 / 2: MALTA - DUBAI - JOHANNESBURG
DAY 1: Meet your Tour Manager at the Malta International Airport for your flight to Johannesburg via Larnaca and Dubai.
DAY 2: Upon arrival at Tambo International Airport you will be met by our partners in South Africa and be assisted to the coach for transfer to the 4* Johannesburg Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch, to drop off your luggage until check-in.
Depart to the Apartheid Museum for an afternoon tour.
DAY 3 / 4: JOHANNESBURG - KRUGER
DAY 3: After breakfast, gasp in awe at the glory that is God’s Window, which offers a boundless view of forested mountains and fertile plains and enjoy a different view of the spectacular Three Rondavels at Blyde River. Explore Bourke’s Luck Potholes and other highlights, including the waterfalls at Graskop, before arriving at Kruger, where we check-in at the 4* Sabi River Sun Hotel. Dinner included.

DAY 5: KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast and try to imagine a national park the size of Israel, with huge tracts of acacia, sycamore figs and bush willow interrupted by open savannah, rushing rivers and the occasional rocky bluff. Now fill it with lions, leopards, elephants, cape buffaloes and black rhinos (the Big Five), plus cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, and many species of smaller animals. Today you will experience all this first hand as we take you on a full day Kruger National Park open-vehicle game drive. Dinner included.
DAY 6 / 7: KRUGER - JOZINI
DAY 5: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then depart to Jozini and check in at the 4* Jozini Tiger Lodge. Dinner included.
DAY 6: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Afternoon boat game viewing cruise to explore the splendour of Lake Jozini in true style. Light Lunch and Dinner included.
DAY 8: JOZINI - HLUHLUWE
Breakfast and transfer to Hluhluwe. Named after the many thorny climbers that were once found along the Hluhluwe River, on whose banks the town rests, Hluhluwe is nestled between the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park and the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve. This fact ensures that visitors will be treated to incredibly scenic surroundings.
Duna Zulu cultural tour including lunch and an afternoon game drive. If you visit KwaZulu Natal, you can’t leave without visiting the Big Five country in the oldest park in South Africa. This is the legendary park where a dedicated team made worldwide conservation history with their successful efforts to bring the white rhino back from the brink of extinction.
You won’t simply be enthralled with this game-rich reserve and the extraordinary beauty of the terrain, but also with the sense
of history having been made here.
Our specialist tour is conducted in specially modified open safari vehicles to enhance your game viewing, and give photographers the very best vantage point to capture that perfect image. You’ll be equally spellbound by the smallest of creatures, to the most
beautiful of trees.
You’ll be hooked on the camaraderie of being together when you meet that elephant, or spot that lion, and you’ll be back. That’s for sure. Check-in at the 4* Zulu Nyala Heritage Lodge. Lunch and Dinner included.
DAY 9: HLUHLUWE - DURBAN
After breakfast, depart for Durban city orientation tour and check-in at the 5* OysterBox hotel.
DAY 10: DURBAN
Breakfast and a day at leisure.
DAY 11 / 12: DRAKENSBERG
After breakfast, depart to the Drakensberg Mountains where you will spend two nights at your resort. Check-in at the 4* Champagne Castle Hotel which is nestled below the second highest peak in South Africa, Champagne Castle (3377m), part of the main escarpment within the uKhahlamba-Drakensberg mountain range, the highest mountain range in South Africa.
Due to its diversity of plant, bird and insect life along with the richest collection of San Rock paintings in Africa; it has been declared a Mixed World Heritage Site. For visual impact, recreational variety and luxurious splendor, Champagne Castle Hotel is pretty close to being an ultimate experience. Your stay will be characterized by the proximity you gain to the most dramatic and immediate views of the Drakensberg Escarpment and the ‘Barrier of Spears’. Whether you walk or hike, trout fish or horse ride, play golf or tennis, swim or bowl, everything here has been configured to embrace this unparalleled setting. Lunch and dinner included.
DAY 13: DURBAN - HERMANUS
Enjoy breakfast, followed by your transfer to King Shaka Airport for your flight to Cape Town. Transfer to Hermanus and check-in at the 5* Marine Hotel.
DAY 14: HERMANUS
Begin your day with breakfast and enjoy a day at leisure. Hermanus has grown from a small seaside resort town to possibly the best-known place for whale watching in the world. You can also opt to join an optional Eco Marine cruise (weather permitting).
DAY 15: CAPE TOWN (TABLE MOUNTAIN)
Enjoy the ever-changing passing canvas as we travel to Cape Town, stopping at the cableway and take the cable car up Table Mountain, to enjoy spectacular views of the city and surrounds (weather permitting). Check-in at the 4* Radisson Red Cape Town Waterfront.
DAY 16: CAPE TOWN
After breakfast join us on the ultimate ‘Mother City’ experience, designed to orientate and give you a full-colour insight into the extraordinary magic of Cape Town. We’ve chosen iconic buildings, snatches of its history, and experiences unique to this City. We visit the country’s oldest building, The Castle (closed Sundays), and a short distance away, the Company Gardens, both historically fascinating and well conserved. Our drive continues past Parliament Buildings, City Hall and the Slave Lodge, where you will sense the depth of history via their distinctive architecture.
Colonial then changes to colourful, as we move up the cobblestoned hills to the Malay Quarter, and marvel at the ice-cream colours of the quaint Bo-Kaap homes. Our day ends on a sparkling note, as we trace the moves of a professional diamond cutter, as he creates every girl’s dream stone. Perhaps you’ll be taking one home.
DAY 17 : CAPE TOWN (BOULDER'S BEACH)
After breakfast, depart on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Drive along Millionaire’s Paradise from Clifton to Camps Bay and on to Llandudno, before an up-close-and-personal Seal Island cruise and wind along Chapman’s Peak Drive.
Proceed to Cape Point Nature Reserve which lies at the south-western tip of Africa, offering great views, a restaurant and a funicular which takes you up to the old lighthouse. The spectacular scenery, coupled with zebras, baboons, deserted beaches and plenty of fynbos to make this one of the Cape’s must see destinations.
Drive to Simon’s Town where you will stop for lunch (own account). Visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, then travel back to Cape Town, stopping at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens en route.
DAY 18: CAPE TOWN (NEETHLINGSHOF WINE TOUR)
Enjoy breakfast and proceed to a superb day dedicated to celebrating the glorious grape, the exceptional winelands region, and the heavenly scenery! The area is rich with history, and we can’t help but feel it as we move through the region to experience a wine cellar tour and tasting. Here, you’ll learn all about the process of winemaking, from grape to goblet.
We visit Neethlingshof for a cellar tour and wine tasting. Afternoon excursion to Robben Island (weather permitting) the icon of struggle, freedom and hope made famous by Nelson Mandela’s imprisonment here.
DAY 19 / 20: CAPE TOWN
Begin your day with breakfast and enjoy time at leisure for personal sightseeing and shopping. Transfer from your hotel to the Cape Town International Airport, for your flight to Malta via Dubai. Arrival in Malta.
