For the purposes of these terms, "ROCS Group" refers to any company forming part of the group, currently including Charichelon Company Limited, ROCS Company Limited, ROCS Services Limited, and Timeline Entertainment Limited, and/or any subsidiary company, whether based in Malta, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, or globally.
