As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care services to our clients, ensuring a premium experience in line with the brand’s standards of excellence. You will have the opportunity to provide professional manicure and pedicure services while recommending products that meet clients' individual needs. You will also play a key role in creating an atmosphere of comfort and beauty, where clients can relax and indulge in self-care.

You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

     Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a retail or salon environment.
     Certification from a recognized nail technician program or relevant training.
     Knowledge of various nail care techniques, including gel, acrylics, and nail art.
     Strong understanding of nail health, hygiene practices, and safety standards.
     Excellent communication and customer service skills.
     Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for detail.

The key responsibilities of this post include:

    1. Nail Services:
    • Perform professional manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, moisturizing, and polish application.
    • Provide advanced services such as gel manicures, acrylic nails, nail art, and custom designs.
    • Assess clients' nails and recommend appropriate services and treatments to improve nail health and appearance.
    • Maintain a high standard of quality and technique for each service.

    2. Product Knowledge & Recommendations:
    • Educate clients on Inglot’s range of nail care products, recommending treatments, polishes, and aftercare solutions based on individual needs.
    • Demonstrate and apply nail products to showcase their versatility, quality, and benefits.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques to offer clients the best possible service.

    3. Customer Service & Client Care:
    • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing a friendly, professional, and relaxing environment.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through excellent service and product recommendations.
    • Handle any client concerns or feedback promptly, ensuring complete client satisfaction.

    4. Health & Safety Standards:
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized before and after each use.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for both clients and colleagues.
    • Manage nail care equipment and supplies, ensuring all products are well-stocked and in good condition.

    5. Sales & Retail:
    • Drive sales by recommending and selling Inglot’s nail care products to clients during appointments.
    - Assist clients in selecting home care products to maintain their nails in between salon visits.

    6. Team Collaboration & Store Presentation:
    • Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth, cohesive service delivery.
    • Maintain a neat and organized work station and assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the salon or store environment.
