ROCS Group / Charichelon Co Ltd are looking to hire fully trained hair stylists to join our retail teams at INGLOT the Studio in Sliema, Mosta, Tigné Point and Fgura.

As a Hair Stylist at INGLOT The Studio you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services to our clients while creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere. You will use your technical skills, creativity, and expertise to meet clients’ hair care needs and enhance their beauty.

You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • Experience: Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, and colouring. Experience in a salon or similar environment is preferred.
    • Certification: - Certificates proving what level of hair courses were done
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in a variety of hair cutting and colouring techniques (e.g., balayage, ombre, highlighting, straightening, etc.).
    • Creative Flair: Ability to envision and execute unique, customized styles for clients.
    • Excellent Communication: Ability to listen to clients' needs and provide professional, clear, and confident advice.
    • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer care.
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to work precisely and with attention to the client's individual needs.
    • Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a busy, fast-paced salon environment.
    • Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and keep appointments on schedule.

The key responsibilities of this post include:

    Hair Cutting & Styling:
    • Provide haircuts and styling services according to client preferences, face shapes, and hair types.
    • Create various looks, from everyday styles to more complex updos for special occasions, using cutting-edge techniques and tools.
    • Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and offer professional advice.
    Hair Colouring & Treatments:
    • Offer colour services including colour application, highlights, balayage, and colour correction.
    • Perform hair treatments such as conditioning, smoothing, and deep conditioning, tailored to the client’s needs.
    • Provide recommendations for home hair care products based on individual hair types and concerns.
    Client Consultation & Care:
    • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client’s hair goals, concerns, and preferences.
    • Educate clients on maintaining their hairstyle, including recommended products and at-home care routines.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

    Salon Maintenance & Cleanliness:
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, following salon health and safety protocols.
    • Assist in cleaning and maintaining salon tools, equipment, and supplies.
    • Ensure the salon environment remains welcoming and professional for all clients.
    Sales & Product Recommendations:
    • Suggest and sell hair care products to clients based on their needs and hair concerns.
    • Promote salon services, including special offers, new treatments, or hair care lines.
    Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other stylists and team members to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.
    • Attend team meetings and participate in training programs to continuously improve skills.
    Professional Development:
    • Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
    • Attend workshops and training sessions to improve technical skills and expand service offerings.
