The Tied Insurance Intermediary (TII) is responsible for promoting and selling financial products on behalf of a specific insurer. This role requires a deep understanding of the products offered, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The TII acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting the best insurance solutions to meet their needs.

The ROCS Group is looking to recruit Investments Outbound Calling Agents to carry out outbound calls to our current and prospective clients. This role is based in our call centre in Floriana and is available on a part-time basis between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for Travel Executives who will be assisting clients in all their travel requirements where requests are received in person, via telephone call, or by email. The chosen candidates must ensure that quality customer service experience is provided and are ready to go the extra mile to ensure clients are well taken care of, exceeding expectations, and making this project a success from day 1.
