And when day turns to night, relax in a sauna, gather around a crackling fire, or gaze up at the Northern Lights; moments that stay with you long after you leave.

DAY 1 - MALTA - ISTANBUL - LAPLAND
Meet your tour Manager at Malta International Airport for your flight to Istanbul.
DAY 2 - LEVI, ROVANIEMI, KEMI
In the morning, transfer to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Rovaniemi. Upon arrival, we will transfer to Kemi, where we’ll be greeted by the local tour manager.
After a warm welcome, the manager will provide a detailed briefing about the exciting programme ahead, ensuring everyone is fully prepared for the magical days to come.
Once we check in at our hotel, we will come together for a special Christmas Eve dinner hosted by Experience365 / The Icebreaking Company, featuring a delightful Chef’s Choice menu crafted to showcase local flavours and festive inspiration.

DAY 3 - KEMI, ROVANIEMI
After breakfast, we spend the day immersed in the magic of Santa Claus Village, located on the Arctic Circle, where you’ll have time at leisure to explore this iconic destination and even meet Santa Claus himself.
Wander through Mr & Mrs Claus’ cottage, admiring their hardworking reindeer, whilst enjoying glimpses into Santa’s many festive secrets.
Continue to Santa’s Office, where a warm and colourful Christmas atmosphere invites you to write greetings to friends and family; each letter is hand stamped with the exclusive Arctic Circle postmark from the Santa Claus Post Office.
Browse the charming gift shops offering authentically handmade Finnish souvenirs, and seasonal treasures as you enjoy this extraordinary Lapland experience.
In the evening, enjoy a delightful three-course dinner at Piparina, before retiring back to your hotel.
DAY 4 - KEMI
After breakfast at the hotel, we board our long-distance coach for an unforgettable day featuring the SAMPO Icebreaker Blue Moment Cruise with a lunch buffet.
We depart our hotel and arrive at the SnowCastle area, where we check in for the cruise and enjoy time to explore the included exhibitions.
We then transfer from the SnowCastle area to the harbour before embarking on the Icebreaker Sampo for a spectacular cruise and lunch experience.
After disembarkation, we depart the harbour and return to Hotel Scandic Kemi. Overnight at Scandic Kemi Hotel or similar.
DAY 5 - KEMI
After breakfast at the hotel, the day unfolds with a long-distance coach journey and the opportunity to join one of two optional excursions.
Either enjoy a thrilling Husky Safari, where guests glide through snowy trails led by energetic huskies, or else experience a serene Reindeer Safari through peaceful winter landscapes, for an unforgettable traditional Lapland experience.
In the evening, we embark on the first of our two scheduled Northern Lights hunts, travelling by coach deep into the wilderness in search of clear skies and the mesmerising natural phenomenon of the Aurora Borealis — an unforgettable spectacle that paints the sky in shifting, magical colours.

DAY 6 - KEMI, LULEÅ, NORTH SWEDEN
After breakfast at the hotel, we board our long-distance coach and prepare for group check-out before continuing to the magnificent Haparanda Stadshotell for a guided tour.
This historic luxury hotel, dating back to 1900 and situated near the Sweden–Finland border, offers an atmospheric journey through time as we explore its grand lobby, refined salons, and beautifully preserved banquet halls featuring classic turn-of-the-century décor.
The visit also includes a look at the evocative cellar vaults and stories of the hotel’s fascinating past as an important meeting place for diplomats and travellers during the world wars.

DAY 7 - LULEÅ, NORTH SWEDEN
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off by long-distance coach for an exhilarating snowmobile safari with lunch, offering an adventurous journey through breathtaking Arctic landscapes.
Later in the evening, we embark on the second of our scheduled Northern Lights hunts, travelling by coach deep into the wilderness in search of clear skies and the awe-inspiring Aurora Borealis.
As we follow the night sky for the best viewing conditions, be prepared for the possibility of witnessing this enchanting natural light show as vibrant colours dance across the horizon.
Please note that sightings of the Northern Lights are dependent on good weather and clear skies.
DAY 8 - LULEÅ, NORTH SWEDEN
After breakfast at the hotel, we board our long-distance coach and make our way through the scenic landscapes of Luleå in North Sweden, heading towards an immersive cultural experience.
Today’s highlight is the Sámi Borrat programme, a journey into the traditions of the Indigenous Sámi people, where you will learn about their way of life, deep connection to nature, and culinary heritage.
The experience includes a thoughtfully prepared lunch featuring authentic flavours and storytelling that offers a meaningful glimpse into Sámi history and culture.
After this enriching day, we return to Luleå for a restful evening.
DAY 9 - LULEÅ, NORTH SWEDEN
After breakfast at the hotel, we board our long-distance coach and make our way to Luleå, where a local guide will join us for a fascinating tour, introducing us to the city’s Arctic heritage, coastal charm, and vibrant northern culture.
In the evening, we celebrate in true Lapland style with an unforgettable Arctic New Year’s Eve dinner inside a Lavvu tent.
The experience begins with a magical walk along a softly candle-lit path across the frozen sea, leading to a warm, fire-lit tipi surrounded by the silent beauty of snow and ice beneath the Arctic sky.
Inside, you’ll settle onto reindeer skins beside a crackling fire, where a specially curated New Year’s Eve menu awaits — transforming the evening into a breathtaking moment of northern enchantment, illuminated by flickering firelight, starlit skies, and the serene stillness of Swedish Lapland.

DAY 10 - LULEÅ, NORTH SWEDEN
After breakfast at the hotel, the day in Luleå, North Sweden offers the flexibility to enjoy optional Arctic activities, each including an outdoor lunch.
Guests may choose to join an exciting ice fishing experience, drilling through thick layers of ice on a frozen lake and learning traditional techniques while surrounded by serene winter landscapes, or opt for a peaceful snowshoe walking adventure, trekking across pristine snowfields and immersing themselves in the quiet beauty of Swedish Lapland.
Both options provide a memorable connection to the Arctic environment and its timeless traditions.

DAY 11 - LULEÅ, NORTH SWEDEN, DEPARTURE
After breakfast at the hotel, we prepare for our departure from Luleå, North Sweden, with group check-out followed by a comfortable coach transfer from the City Hotel in Luleå to Rovaniemi Airport for our homebound journey.
DAY 12 - ISTANBUL - MALTA
Breakfast and time at leisure in Istanbul. You will have some time to shop around for last-minute souvenirs.
Later in the day, transfer to Istanbul Airport for your flight back to Malta, carrying not just your luggage but a heart full of unforgettable memories in Lapland.
