FESTIVE SEASON IN PRAGUE

Festive Charm Amidst Prague’s Winter Wonderland

Coated in snow for most of the year, Lapland is a winter wonderland like no other. From the shimmering Northern Lights dancing across the sky to endless snowy forests and frozen lakes, it’s a place where nature puts on a spectacular show and time slows down in the best way.

Rooted in Sámi heritage and Arctic traditions, Lapland is a land of timeless stories and warm hospitality. Visit reindeer farms, learn about indigenous culture, and explore charming villages where cosy cabins and twinkling lights create a truly magical atmosphere. Every moment invites you to embrace the spirit of the Arctic.

From thrilling husky safaris and snowmobile adventures to peaceful cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in pristine wilderness, Lapland offers experiences for every kind of traveller. And when day turns to night, relax in a sauna, gather around a crackling fire, or gaze up at the Northern Lights; moments that stay with you long after you leave.

DAY 1 – MALTA - PRAGUE

Meet your tour manager at Malta International Airport for your flight to Prague. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the 4* Stages Hotel Prague for check-in.

DAY 2 – PRAGUE

Breakfast, and proceed for the city centre of Prague. We visit Wenceslas Square, passing by the city’s elegant shops, one arrives in The Old Town Square, the heart of the city, home to the famous Astronomical clock, Town Hall, St. Nicholas church, Jan Hus Monument, and the lovely Tyn Church, and also the Church of Our Lady Victorious - home to the Infant Jesus of Prague. Some free time will be given to enjoy the beautiful square.

We will also visit the splendid Charles Bridge a medieval stone bridge crossing the Vltava River, one the main tourist attraction in Prague. Our walk also takes us to the Maltese Square as the Knights of Malta had their Consulate here. We visit the interesting John Lennon wall, a rainbow of graffiti dedicated to world peace and Little Venice with its pretty canals and charming houses.

DAY 3 – PRAGUE DAY AT LEISURE

Breakfast, and today you have a free day to enjoy Prague. The medieval city centre has plenty to offer to all ages and interests, beautiful palaces and parks along the Vltava River, museums and so much more to be visited and enjoyed.

Another great way to spend the day is to visit the Prague Zoo, one of the best zoos in Europe. Spread over a huge territory with many diversities of animals and birds from all over the world (transfers and entrance tickets not included). It will surely be an entertaining day for young and old. Prague Botanical Gardens close by is a place of relaxation and entertainment and a delight for all your senses.

DAY 4 – CESKÝ KRUMLOV

Today we visit Cesky Krumlov a UNESCO a World Heritage. The town is set in a deep valley and divided by the Vltava River. Our tour begins with a visit to the castle grounds, offering a panoramic view of this charming town. We’ll then walk down to the centre passing through the streets and exploring the historic centre.

The town is stunning with typical Czech restaurants along the river, winding lanes and the imposing Krumlov Castle guarding the town below. You`ll have some free time before we return to our Hotel.

DAY 5 – KARLOVY VARY – MALTA

Breakfast and check out of your rooms. Today we will visit Karlovy Vary, a Spa Town in the west Bohemia region of the Czech Republic with thermal springs in the very centre. We stroll along the river enjoying the lovely buildings and several colonnades with columned walkways with hot springs.

Time at leisure for personal sightseeing and to explore the new town full of shops and restaurants. Transfer to Prague International Airport for your flight back to Malta.
